Charles B. Grace, Jr.

Charles B. Grace, Jr. joined Threshold’s board in 2010 when the firm acquired the assets of Ashbridge Investment Management in Philadelphia. In his history with Ashbridge, he was appointed President of Ashbridge Corporation in 1961. In 1978, he became a full-time employee, managing the investment portfolios of the Grace family. In 1992, he founded Ashbridge Investment Management to offer wealth advisory services to other substantial investors, and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of both firms. Charles oversaw investment portfolios and was active with client accounts and investment policy. He has a long investment career serving in the corporate finance department at Drexel and Company in Philadelphia and later became a principal at Smith Barney in New York and Paris. Charles is a graduate of Princeton University and the Wharton School of Business Administration and served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the teaching staff at the Wharton School for two years and serves as a trustee of various civic and cultural organizations.
