Legacy Planning:

“Preserving legacy involves so much more than writing a mission statement and conducting a family meeting. It centers on a family’s common values but must allow room for individuality, freedom and change as new generations come of age.”

- Kristen Bauer,  Managing Director

Threshold clients often possess a family or philanthropic legacy in some form.  Our role is to help each client fully envision, define, understand and enact that legacy over time.

With guidance from our Relationship Mangers, our clients find ways to involve additional generations, create a common mission and free family members to pursue their own versions of a legacy.

Our work encompasses the basics of establishing vision, mission and values. We create customized programs for wealth education to help both parents and children. Often we help families work through the challenges of family governance and the delicate relationship dynamics that inevitably accompany wealth.

We help organize family meetings, enlist top experts and welcome clients into peer communities aimed at deepening capability and commitment around family legacy.
